This car was built by American high performance automobile manufacturer, Shelby American, Inc. The body style for this car is a 2-door roadster and it fits into the class of sports cars within the S-segment for sport coupes. It operates under a front-engine, rear-wheel drive layout.
The 427 was designed in association with Ford in Detroit. It was developed with a new chassis and also included wide fenders and a larger radiator opening. A Ford V8 7.0 litre FE engine was what powered the Cobra 427. It had a top speed of 164 mph and an impressive brake horsepower of 425.
The Shelby Cobra 427 was produced from 1965, with the production line finishing two year later in 1967 and in that period, Shelby managed to produce 348. This car comes in a variety of colors, this one being Viking blue
